Deux des challenges du Paper & Co Show cette année étaient une enveloppe et une carte en mail art.
Seul impératif pour ces challenges : qu'on y trouve le titre de Paper & Co Show 2008 et qu'il y ai un rappel des couleur du P.A.C.S. :vert anis et rose fuschia.
Voici donc ma participation :
Two of the Paper & Co Show challenges this year were an enveloppe and a card made in mail art.
The only imperative for these challenges : to find the title Paper & Co Show 2008 on it and use the color of P.A.C.S. : anise green and fuschia rose.

Toujours dans ma frénésie de tester de nouvelles techniques. Cette fois j'ai tamponné à la versamark puis embossé à la poudre transparente pour avoir la couleur de fond par transparence.
Puis j'ai encré la surface à l'aide du rouleau et une encre claire .J'ai de nouveau tamponné à la versamark et embossé en transparent pour faire apparaitre la deuxième couleur de fond.
J'ai recommencé le processus avec deux autres couches de couleurs de + en + fortes.
A la fin quand votre carte est sèche ,il faut prendre un essuie tout pour nettoyer les motifs embossés.
En voici donc quelques unes avec différents nombres de couches.
Always with my frenzy of testing new technics. This time I stamped with versamark and embossed with transparent powder to see the "bottom" color by transparency.
Then I ink with the brayer and a light ink color.I did stamp again with the versamark and embossed in transparent to make appear the second color.
I did again the processus for twice with colors stronger and stronger.
At the end ,when your card is dry ,take a "kleenex" to clean your embossed design.

En ce moment ,je suis une vorace de l'apprentissage des techniques.
Dernièrement j'ai lu un article sur la technique du "Grid",et j'ai voulu m'y essayer.
Voici mon premier essais : une petite carte faite pour mon amie démo Canadienne : Michelle M.
Pour une première,je trouve que je ne m'en suis pas mal sortie. Et comme j'ai bien aimé (bien que ce soit un peu long à faire),je pense que je vais en refaire....
Actually I am a little bit voracious about learning new scrapbooking techniques.
Lately I read an article in a scrap magazine about the "grid"'s technique and I wanted to try it.
Here is one of my first try : a little card made for my Canadian friend :Michelle M.
For a first try ,I think I didn't do a bad job. And because I did love to do it (except it takes a bit of time to do it);I think I will do it again in the future.
Pour cette carte j'ai utilisé des papiers Stampin'Up! bleu brillant et bruissement blanc,
l'encre bleu brillant et le set de tampons : Amitié vivace (Stampin'Up)
For this card I used stampin'Up! stuff :paper brilliant blue and whisper white,ink : brilliant blue ,
and stamps set : simply said

Je voulais m'essayer au scrap d'un petit album pour mon amie Italienne Patrizia.J'ai repris les photos de nos dernières vacances ensemble en Guadeloupe avec son "uomo" et ses "bambini".
Soyez un peu indulgent, c'est mon premier et je manque un peu d'expérience même si je me suis bien amusée à le faire.
I wanted to try to make a little album for my Italian friend Patrizia.I took some of the pictures made during our last hollidays together with her husband and her two kids.
But please ,try to be a little bit indulgent, it's my first one and I miss a bit of experience even if I had a great fun to make it.
Bien sur ,je n'ai pas encore écrit le "journaling" parce que je pense lui en laisser l'honneur. Elle saura sûrement mieux que moi en raconter l'histoire et cela lui donnera l'occasion de participer.
J'en profite aussi pour remercier mon amie Françoise (alias Franoise) pour le prêt de sa Bind It All.
For sure ,I didn't write the journaling yet because I think I will give her the honor to do it by herself. She sure will tell the story better than I would do and it will give her the occasion to participate.
I also take profit of this to thank my good friend Françoise ( alias Franoise) for the lending of her Bind It All.

Bonjour ,aujourd'hui je me suis amusée à faire plusieurs cartes en utilisant le même set de tampons (Stampin'Up! / bold butterfly) et une même gamme de couleur : Stampin'Up! très vanille , joli rose , bleu timide et dentelle lavande.
Hi ,today I had fun doing some cards using the same set of stamps (stampin'Up! /bold butterfly) and the same scale of colors : Stampin'Up! very vanilla , pretty in pink , bashful blue and lavender lace.
Pour ces cartes ,je n'ai pas utilisé d'encres mais j'ai imprimé d'abord à la Versamark et colorisé ensuite avec les craies : "Stampin' Pastels ".
Croyez moi si vous le voulez,mais moi qui étais un peu réfractaire aux craies avant,maintenant je ne jure que par elles tellement elles sont faciles d'utilisation et que cela donne de superbe résultats très doux et "poudrés".
for those cards,I didn't use inks,but I first printed with the versamark and then colorised with the chalk : "Stampin' Pastels".
Believe me or not ,but before I was a bit refractory to chalks,an now I am quite an addict to the results they give : soft and powdered. They are also so easy to use .
